EZ 20/20/20 early this morning. Racked bike and bike gear and run gear bags early. Had to go back to the bike as I realized my bike was backwards. Had to go back to the bike gear bag to put some Gu's for my back pocket and my salt container. Had to go back again to put a water bottle in my run gear bag. All done.
Early to bed, early to rise and the journey starts
